Good Guys Don't Wear White

I'm new to this area. I don't know many people here & I'd like to meet some, but I'm open to meeting people from anywhere. I'm a songwriter. I'm into music & video production. I do vocals & I play several instruments. I play industrial rock. That explains my crazy pics, but I usually dress pretty casual for the day-to-day life. I like many things & activities. I enjoy the beach. I like art, fishing, sight-seeing, cruising, walking, bars & the occasional concert. You name it. I like a wide variety of music & movies. I like going out & I'm usually down for anything cool. I welcome new things & experiences. I'm often random. Don't take me too seriously. I don't take myself that seriously. I'm just having fun. For this website, I have no expectations. I'm open to possibilities. Every good friend was once a stranger. Every person is a new door to a different world. I follow my heart & conscience. I'm not perfect, but I try to be a good person. That effort to be a good person is a day-to-day conscious effort that's ongoing. We're all imperfect & we're all prone to slipping up occasionally, so if I do, I try to apologize & fix that. If I treat others well enough, I'll have plenty of self-respect & I'll like what I see in the mirror. I do for the most part. We're all a work-in-progress that can go either way, so it does take a day-to-day effort to keep ourselves in check. While I might be open to the idea of making friends, I'm open to the possibility of something more serious if that is to happen. I have no expectations, so I can't be disappointed. Shock me. Surprise me. I need that. Some people could always become a friend if we don't click in some other way, so I do remain open to that idea. I am serious minded, but I'm not discouraging the idea of casual conversations and casual relations. I'm just testing the waters. No pressure. If you'd like to know more, just ask. I don't expect anything, but I'm not incapable of being surprised.
